Test Site Art Foundation (TSAF), The Factory (TF) & Vapid Development LLC (VD) are providing a space in which to promote your work during Spring 2025 Art Scene. In exchange we ask that you contribute $50 which also covers the registration fee of Rockford Area Arts Council, refreshments & live music.

Date of Event: Friday April 25 & Saturday April 26 - 4:00 - 10:00 pm both days
For the best experience for everyone, we ask that you be present for the entire event.

All Artists & Participants understand that TSAF, TF & VD are not responsible for any Art & personal items during the use of the space for Art Scene. Any pieces that are lost, damaged or stolen before, during or after the event, or any time they are left at 213 North 3rd Street, are the sole responsibility of the artist.
