Fall 2025 Art Scene - Agreement & Release of Liability

Test Site Art Foundation (TSAF), The Factory (TF) & Vapid Development LLC (VD) are providing a space in which to promote your work during Fall 2025 Art Scene. In exchange we ask that you contribute $50 which covers the registration fee of Rockford Area Arts Council & refreshments.

Date of Event: Friday October 3 & Saturday Oct 4 - 4:00 - 10:00 pm both days. For the best experience for everyone, we ask that you be present for the entire event. We are offering extended times beyond the Arts Council’s event: Sunday Oct 5 - noon-4 Friday Oct 10 - 4-10 pm Saturday Oct 11 - noon - 6pm

All Artists & Participants understand that TSAF, TF & VD are not responsible for any art & personal items during the use of the space. Any pieces that are lost, damaged or stolen before, during or after the event, or any time they are left at 213 No. 3rd Street, are the sole responsibility of the artist.
